Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Pakistan and ship internationally on request. International rates are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within Pakistan is 2–4 working days. Pre-order pieces are shipped within 10–14 days.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, unstitched fabrics and ready-to-wear can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original packaging. Custom orders are non-returnable.
Do you offer custom stitching?
Most of our unstitched pieces can be stitched to your measurements. Reach out via WhatsApp after placing your order.
How do I care for the fabric?
Dry-clean only for embellished pieces. See our Fabric Care guide for details.
